The building bearing the name of Dr. István Csapody, engineer of forestry and botanist opened its gates in May 2007. Lying in the hug of the protected areas, on the border of the settlement Fertőújlak the building once was a base of the border guard. Presently it is home to a multifunctional visitor center including accommodation facilities that has the aim to satisfy the needs of visitors, tourists, groups of schoolchildren and students, summer campers, cyclists to the fullest extent.
The accommodation offers an ideal stay primarily for school classes and bigger fellowships. The building hosts altogether 11 rooms, 10 of them with four, one with two beds. Every two rooms have a common bathroom and toilet.
Catering is provided according to previous reconciliation by a nearby restaurant, delivering the meals to the spot.
For families there are minimal cooking facilities, rather suitable to prepare a simple breakfast, in the mini kitchen within the dining room.
In the court there is a fireplace suitable for grilling bacon or cooking.
